Non-Discrimination / Title IX Policy

United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities (“United”) adheres to all federal and state civil rights laws banning discrimination in institutions of higher education, including Titles VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Educational Amendments Act of 1972 (“Title IX”), and Section 135A.15 of the Minnesota Statutes. Title IX Training Materials

In compliance with 34 CFR §106.45(b)(10)(i)(D) issued by the United States Department of Education under Title IX of the Educational Amendments Act of 1972, United has made publicly available the training materials used to train United Title IX personnel.

Hillary Vamstad completed the Title IX & Beyond two-day virtual training program on September 3, 2020, which was hosted by Title IX Solutions, LLC. Hillary may serve as Title IX Coordinator.
