6. Our building will be on the right (look for the large red building).

From the South

1. Get onto I-35W N.
2. Take exit 16B to merge onto I-94 E toward St. Paul.
3. Use the left lane to take exit 236 for MN-280.
4. Keep right. Follow signs for University Ave.
5. Merge onto Cromwell Ave.
6. Turn left onto Franklin Ave.
