Darcy Metcalfe
Darcy is an adjunct professor teaching Comparative Religious Ethics. She is also an ordained PC(USA) minister. She received her Ph.D. in Religious Ethics and was awarded the D.C Spriesterbach Dissertation Prize for her dissertation entitled, “Ethics of the inheritable genetic modification of human embryos via CRISPR technology: Pauli Murray and the institutional control of Black women’s reproductive lives.”
Darcy’s research interests focus primarily on bioethics and Murray scholarship, and she currently works full-time as Ethicist for Parkview Health Systems in Indiana.
