Darcy Metcalfe
Dr. Darcy Metcalfe is an adjunct professor teaching Comparative Religious Ethics. She is also an ordained PC(USA) minister. She received her PhD in Religious Ethics and was awarded the D.C Spriesterbach Dissertation Prize for her dissertation titled “Ethics of the inheritable genetic modification of human embryos via CRISPR technology: Pauli Murray and the institutional control of Black women’s reproductive lives.”
Darcy’s research interests focus primarily on bioethics and Murray scholarship, and she currently works full-time as an Ethicist for Parkview Health Systems in Indiana.
