Beth Donaldson

Adjunct Faculty

Beth Donaldson was born into the United Church of Christ as a child of Mission Personnel in Zimbabwe, (then Rhodesia), Africa. Her childhood in that intentional Christian community created a model for the church that she has held close to her heart, and toward which she has worked as a local church minister for more than 30 years. With special interests and love for preaching and worship, she has served in six very different congregations throughout her career, (ethnically, economically, and size) and has relished the welcome and challenges she experienced in each. Before becoming a local church minister, she was heavily involved in the arts, including formal studies of modern dance, Hawaiian Hula, classical cello, and many different singing opportunities. She calls herself a “global nomad” and is always grateful to learn more about life and the world, and to get to know God’s people in all our diversity and glory.
