“Obedient to…”—An Exhibition of Metal Work and Fiber Art

When artistic alums Doug Abbott (’10) and Sheryl Schwyhart (’20) first met at the lunch table at United ten years ago, neither could have foreseen how a friendship would be forged around theology, art, and personal struggle. It is fitting that in this time of Lent, a period of reflection and seeking to “see differently,” they would collaborate to bring an exhibition out of persistence and faith.
