Nicholas Schaser


ADJUNCT PROFESSOR

Nicholas Schaser holds a Ph.D. in New Testament and Jewish Studies from Vanderbilt University, as well as M.A. degrees in Jewish Studies (Vanderbilt) and the Old Testament (Luther Seminary). Nick has published work in various academic journals and is completing a monograph on the Gospel of Matthew. His research interests include the comparative study of early Judaism and Christianity, biblical reception and interpretation in the New Testament and rabbinic literature, and Jewish-Christian relations. Alongside his academic work, Nick teaches widely in churches and synagogues to foster dialogue and mutual understanding between Jews and Christians.
