
Andrea Johnson
Rev. Dr. Andrea Johnson is an ordained Unitarian Universalist minister and is currently serving as an affiliated community minister with First Universalist Church in Minneapolis.
Andrea is a theologian, minister, and educator who is passionate about racial justice and theology. Her dissertation is titled: Human Liberation, Sacred Nature, and the Inescapable Network of Mutuality: Theologically Grounding Unitarian Universalism’s Quest to Dismantle White Supremacy. She currently serves on the Board of United Seminary, is a member of United’s Committee Advocating Racial Justice (CARJ) and serves on the Unitarian Universalist Studies Board.
As a way to balance her spiritual life, she is also a runner, hiker, knitter and enjoys spending time with friends and family. With her husband, David, she is the parent of two young adult sons, and a teenaged daughter.
