Silas Morgan, PhD is a political theologian who lives and works in Minneapolis, MN. He reads and talks a lot about the relationship between religion and politics, which means he’s quite popular at cocktail parties. He’s published a few articles and book chapters on theology and justice, liberation theology, and existentialism, and co-edited a book coming out this spring on Kierkegaard and Political Theology (Wipf & Stock, 2018). He’s currently reading George Saunders’s novel Lincoln in the Bardo and just finished $2.00 a Day: Living on Almost Nothing in America, and is a big fan of the New York Times podcast, The Daily.
