Interim President Molly T. Marshall participates at the installation service of Rev. Charles Owens (’13)

Spirit of Peace, in partnership with United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities, is excited to be welcoming Rev. Dr. Molly T. Marshall to our church. Dr. Marshall will be leading Adult Forum at 9:00am and preaching during worship at 10:30am. Her Adult Forum topic will be, “Formative Practices that Nurture Spirituality” and her sermon is, “Labor Not in Vain” based on 1 Corinthians 15:58.

Members of the Spirit of Peace community, friends and alumni of United Theological Seminary, and anyone who attends, will have an opportunity for a meet and greet with Dr. Marshall following worship.

Additionally, at 3:00pm the same day, Spirit of Peace will install Rev. Charles D. Owens as its new senior pastor. Dr. Marshall will be involved in the service, and a special offering will take place to support United Theological Seminary.
