In response to the challenges of languishing, we will have flourishing opportunities with a variety of well being specialists who will assist you in expanding your notion of personal well being. Each month a new guest will guide us in embodied experiences to expand our capacity to relax, recharge and reignite our spirits. Guests will include musicians, artists, body workers and others who will demonstrate, suggest and invite.
