David is acquisitions editor at the University Press of Kansas and instructor in theology at the University of Dubuque Theological Seminary. He writes in the areas of existential theology and intercultural hermeneutics and is the author of several books, including The Mission of Demythologizing: Rudolf Bultmann’s Dialectical Theology (Fortress, 2015) and The God Who Saves: A Dogmatic Sketch (Cascade, 2016). He lives outside of Kansas City, Missouri.
