You are invited to attend a screening of and panel discussion about A Still Small Voice at the MSP Film Society Festival on Sunday, April 16th at 2:20 PM.
A Still Small Voice premiered in January at the Sundance Film Festival and won Best Director award for US documentaries. It follows Mati Engel who is completing her residency as a chaplain at New York City’s Mount Sinai Hospital during the deadliest years of the pandemic.
The panel discussion after the film will be moderated by Rev. Julie Zelle, former United trustee and pastoral care provider. Additional panelists include Walter T. Byrd, filmmaker and COVID ICU survivor, Rev. Katie Ernst, CPE Resident at Methodist Hospital, Rev. Stacey Jutila, Director of Chaplaincy Services and CPE Supervisor at Essentia Health-East in Duluth, and Rev. Jessica Chapman Lape, Assistant Professor and Interreligious Chaplaincy Program Director at United.
