What’s happening on campus?
A recent article in the New York times, by contributor Adam Grant, professor of management and psychology at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, considers the term languishing to describe many people’s emotional/mental health experiences now and over the last year. In response to the challenges of languishing, we will have flourishing opportunities with a variety of well being specialists who will assist you in expanding your notion of personal well being. Each month a new guest will guide us in embodied experiences to expand our capacity to relax, recharge and reignite our spirits. Guests will include musicians, artists, body workers and others who will demonstrate, suggest and invite.
