    Wellbeing Wednesdays: Treat Yo' Self

    Wellbeing Wednesday is a program that offers community caregivers (clergy, chaplains, social workers, hospice volunteers, etc,) and change-makers (nonprofit staff, community activists, innovators, etc.) respite, renewal, and replenishment, and encourages integrative health and wellbeing among participants.

    Relieve yourself of technology and the problems of the world and let us care for you. Participate in free community yoga, meditation, dancing, and art, or schedule private healing touch, reiki, or tarot sessions. If you want to participate in community dancing, please bring your headphones and favorite playlist.

John will be joined by Shari Prestemon, Conference Minister of Minnesota Conference United Church of Christ, and Lew Zeidner, President of United Theological Seminary in a moderated conversation.
