We will gather in Guild Hall at Plymouth Congregational Church in Minneapolis. It will be a chance to mingle, sample hors d'oeuvres, and listen to live music. As a bonus, Mark Sundby will be presenting a 20- to 30-minute talk about the competencies necessary for effective ministry in the 21st century, Mark Sundby, executive director at North Central Ministry Development Center (NCMDC), presents 10 must-have competencies that integrate the psychological, theological, and practical elements of ministry.
