Eighteen one- and two-bedroom apartments are designated for single students, couples and single parents with one child. The remaining three units are reserved for overnight housing and can accommodate up to four people.
This smoke-free building includes two lounges, two study rooms (one with two computers and a printer), wireless Internet access, storage space and laundry facilities. Monthly rent includes all utilities, basic cable TV and high speed Internet.
Unfurnished one- and two-bedroom apartments are equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, closets and a tiled bath with a tub/shower. The seminary has a limited supply of furnishings available to students at no charge. Utilities and basic cable television are included in the monthly rent.
Overnight housing/Accommodations for commuters
Three apartments are reserved for commuter students and other seminary guests who need overnight lodging for one to three nights a week. This space may be reserved for a single night or for a series of scheduled nights during a semester. Cooking facilities are available. Linens must be supplied by the commuter. Commuter apartments are $20 a night per person and can accommodate up to four people.
