Development Director

United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities is seeking a development director to grow the fundraising program. The director oversees the annual fund, individual and major gifts, corporate and foundation support, special campaigns, online fundraising and stewardship. Reporting to to the vice president of advancement, the development director works closely with the vice president, the board of trustees, and other members of the seminary community to establish fundraising goals and achieve fundraising success.

Communications Coordinator

The communications coordinator is part of the marketing team, supervised by the communications director, which develops and executes strategic communications materials across a variety of platforms: digital marketing, print materials, social networking, video—so bring it all!

We’re looking for candidates with a creative marketing perspective, tested digital marketing and graphic design skills and experience as a creative process project manager, plus your social media engagement brilliance and a good sense of collegiality and humor. Writing skills are a plus.

This position has a special focus on the communications needs of the development department, including alum relations, donor cultivations events, fundraising and church relations. In addition, this position serves other departments as their needs arise.
