Churches and Clergy

Seminaries exist to serve the church by training ordained and lay leaders and deepening theological engagement. United Theological Seminary is a partner in ministry with the churches.

In addition to our excellent degree programs, we offer congregations the following services and opportunities to support their ministry:

United Theological Seminary’s church partners support the seminary’s ministry by:
• Identifying and referring persons with gifts for ministry
• Serving as internship sites
• Providing financial support
• Participating in United’s community programming
